What is Rockin’ Cleveland?
Rockin’ Cleveland is Northeast Ohio’s Premier Party Bus Service!
We were Northeast Ohio’s first exclusive party bus service with almost a decade of experience to date. Our fleet of customized party buses are complete with a bar area, state of the art stereo systems (smart phone compatible), unique lighting, dance poles, and custom seating from 15 to 45 people. You have all the amenities of a limo without the hassles. You can stand up and walk around or dance if you feel like it. It is a great way to celebrate with friends or travel to special events such as concerts and sporting events.
What are your operating hours?

How do I get on the bus and how much does it cost?
Rockin’ Cleveland provides two different kinds of service: private rentals and shuttle services. Private rentals operate similar to standard limousine services, in which customers have private access to their bus by the hour. Private rentals require a 4-hour minimum reservation. Shuttle services are flat rate 1-way or round-trip shuttles to and from your destination. Prices vary depending on the bus size, group size, and distance the bus may have to travel. We require a non-refundable deposit of $150 to be made on a credit card to reserve a bus. We accept all major credit cards and will email you a confirmation receipt once your card has been processed. Balances are due by credit card 1-day before service or in cash the day of service.
Once I have made a Reservation, how and when will it be confirmed?
Once you book with us you will receive an email receipt with a confirmation number to confirm your reservation. You should receive your receipt within 24 hours of booking. If you did not receive your confirmation please feel free to contact us at 216-227-7433. Please be sure to check your spam mail before calling. Some emails block messages from our processing network.
How far in advance must we book a Bus?
We accept reservations up to a year in advance. Fridays and Saturdays are the busiest nights so don’t wait until the last minute. Rockin Cleveland buses are booked on a first come, first serve basis. We frequently book up 2 weeks in advance, but will occasionally have vehicles available last minute. Reservations are guaranteed via credit card.
How do I pay for the service?
We require a non-refundable deposit of $150 to be made on a credit card to reserve a bus. We accept all major credit cards. Balances are due no later than 1-day before service by credit card or in cash at the time of pickup.
Are there any hidden costs?
No! All fees are disclosed up front and prices include everything but the driver’s tip.
How much should I tip my driver?
Standard tip rates are 15% to 20%. Please respect our drivers and treat them well. They love what they do and work hard to make your night memorable.
What is your cancellation policy? What is the refund policy?
All reservation deposits are non-refundable. All reservations cancelled after they have been confirmed are subject to a cancellation fee. Payment is due in FULL if canceled within 48 hours of rental. If for some mechanical reason, act of God, etc. the bus is not available for your evening, you will have the option to reschedule. If for any reason you or a member of your group is asked to leave the bus due to behavior that is offensive or ILLEGAL, you will not receive a refund and your rental will be terminated.
Is there alcohol included in my rental?
No, Rockin’ Cleveland absolutely cannot provide any alcohol whatsoever!
Can I bring alcohol on the bus?
Yes! Customers (21 and older) can bring beverages of their choice within the provisions of state and local laws. Tapped kegs are not allowed on the buses. All of our buses have built in coolers, but you can bring any additional coolers you would like. No Styrofoam coolers please. We are NOT responsible for rider behavior that is deemed illegal during the trip. No underage drinking or other illegal activity will be tolerated.
What about music?
Our stereos support radio, CD, and smart phones. Make sure you bring any auxiliary cables for your music devices. We are not responsible for items left on the buses at the end of the night or any lost of damaged items.
What is included in the Party Bus Rental?
The Rockin’ Cleveland rental includes the bus and the driver.
How many people can each bus hold?
Each bus varies in size and seating capacity. Our buses are ideal for as few as 10 or as many as 45 people. Our vehicles are designed to create an open social atmosphere and do not have traditional bus seating arrangements. The capacities listed for each bus is the recommended number by the state of Ohio Highway Patrol.
Are the Buses safe?
Our customer’s safety is our primary concern. We are proud of our safety record. Every year our buses go through a rigorous inspection required by Ohio law and performed by the Ohio State Highway Patrol. Proof of our inspection is displayed on each bus as required by Ohio law. Our Drivers must also do pre and post trip inspections before and after every rental. Drivers must have a CDL Class B License with a passenger endorsement, 0 points, and at least 2 years of passenger experience before driving for us. We also employ an experienced mechanic with over 30 years of related experience as well as over a dozen related certifications.
Where can we go on the Party Bus?

Is there a bathroom?
No.
Is there air conditioning?
No. At this time, none of our buses have air conditioning.
How old do you have to be to ride the Party Bus?
There is no age restriction. If there is alcohol on the bus, however, every person must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid photo ID, unless accompanied by a guardian. We do make exceptions in some cases, but underage alcohol consumption is never permitted and Rockin’ Cleveland is not responsible or liable for any passenger behavior. In the event that all passengers on board are underage, no alcohol will be permitted on board and each passenger must have a parent’s consent. Please call us if you have any questions.
Can I hookup my smartphone to the Party Bus?
Yes, all of our buses have hookups for iPod/iPhone and any smartphone/device with a headphone jack or auxiliary connect will work. Just be sure to bring your auxiliary cable to plug into the front of our Radio!
Where does the Party Bus pick us up?
Anywhere you want! A friend’s house, bar, metro station, it’s up to you!
When does my Party Bus rental start? When does it end?
Your rental starts at the scheduled start time, when the bus picks you up. Your rental ends when the last passengers are dropped off. Be advised: should your rental time exceed your reservation time, you will be charged for each additional 1/2 hour at a rate of $150 per hour.
Are there coolers on the bus?
Yes, all vehicles are equipped with large 90-can coolers or sinks. Feel free to bring your own as well, no Styrofoam though. Be sure to bring your own ice.
How many stops does the Party Bus make? Where can we go?
Your rental destinations are completely up to you. Make as many stops as you would like. We can make recommendations of popular destinations based on your groups interests.
