Rockin’ Cleveland is a distinctively unique transportation company that caters to the residents of Northeastern Ohio. Our primary focus is to provide customers with exciting, reliable, and courteous mass transportation to and from all of the entertainment venues throughout Northeast Ohio. Since our start in May, 2004, Rockin’ Cleveland Party Bus has provided safe, affordable, and reliable transportation for our expanding customer base in Northeast Ohio. We employ an experienced team of professional event specialists, mechanics, and chauffeurs to provide our customers with safe, clean, and fun transportation for any event. Our unique party buses can transport 15 to 45 people. Each bus comes equipped with state of the art sound systems, built in coolers, dance poles, and more.

Service Offerings:

Private Rentals provide you with unlimited hourly access to one of our party buses. Private rentals are priced by the hour and have a 4-hour minimum rental.
Shuttle Services provide you with a flat rate 1-way or round trip shuttle service for your group. Prices are based on group size and distance traveled. Contact us for more information.

ROCKIN’ CLEVELAND TERMS OF SERVICE

Client is responsible for any and all damages to any company property by self or any guest/passenger, whether by accident or other means. Client will be held responsible for the actions and conduct of any and all passengers in the vehicle(s) at all times.

Passengers will agree to adhere to the driver’s suggestions as to the safety of all passengers in the vehicle as well as the well being of the vehicle itself. In the event any passenger in the vehicle is unruly or abusive, the driver, at his/her discretion can and will terminate service with NO REFUND of monies. Any items thrown from the bus will result in immediate termination of the rental. If any damage is incurred when an object is thrown from the bus, the credit card holder will be responsible for repayment of damaged items. Should the vehicle be in any danger, with or without the passenger(s) present, the driver reserves the right to vacate to a safe place outside or away from the vehicle.

We reserve the right to terminate the rental at any time for inappropriate or illegal behavior. There will be no cash refunds on early cancellations.

It is further agreed that there will be NO FIREARMS, WEAPONS, or DRUGS of any kind in the vehicle. If there is a suspicion of drugs, firearms, or weapons of any kind in the vehicle, service will be immediately terminated and the legal authorities will be notified.

If there is any clean up/repair necessary, over and above what Rockin’ Cleveland considers “normal use,” a minimum charge of $150 will be assessed to your credit card. This will apply to broken windows, regurgitation (vomiting) inside or on the outside of vehicle, and/or torn, burnt, or excessively dirty interior or any unnecessary or extreme conditions within the vehicle.

In the event that the vehicle needs to be repaired/cleaned and as a result is out of service due to the above negligence, there will be an additional charge of $300 per day out of service, to be assessed on your credit card.

Client agrees to pay a $150 deposit. Deposits are nonrefundable. Receipt of deposit signifies client has read and agreed to all terms of service listed here. Balance is due upon arrival of service, payable in cash or by credit card no later than the day before service. Our liability for any particular trip shall be limited to the amount of the cost of that particular trip. Payment is due in FULL if canceled within 48 hours of rental.

Client agrees to take FULL responsibility for ANY and ALL damages to the vehicles caused by self or ANY other passenger during the rental period. We reserve the right to charge for any damages to vehicle or its amenities. The client agrees to reimburse Rockin’ Cleveland for ALL physical damage, as well as the loss of use while the vehicle is under repair. The client understands that ANY and ALL damage to the vehicle will be reported to him/her within 72 hours of rental date. The client is fully responsible for all monies owed on contract.

In the event regarding an accident or mechanical failure during the time of the scheduled service, the client and/or passengers will NOT hold Rockin’ Cleveland responsible for any financial liabilities. Any time missed will be made up at the end of the service with no additional charge. If start time becomes delayed due to traffic or weather, any time missed will be made up at the end of the service.

Rockin’ Cleveland is not responsible for Acts of God, traffic delays, and/or mechanical breakdown. A 15-minute grace period shall be established for a late arrival of your vehicle(s) due to weather, accident, or any other misfortune. Any time lost will be compensated with the time being extended at the end of the scheduled reservation time.

If contract is paid by credit card, or a credit card number is on file, the client authorizes us to charge that card for damages and any additional overtime that has accrued in half hour increments.

Rockin’ Cleveland has the right to substitute vehicles of equal capacity in the event of dual booking or mechanical failure. Buses are assigned based on specific group sizes and availability. Requests are accepted, but not guaranteed.

Rockin’ Cleveland is not responsible for any lost items. No one under the age of 21 permitted to consume alcohol. Rockin’ Cleveland is not responsible for assessed cover charges or denial of client’s admission to any venues. Loading and unloading of the bus is permitted through the front door only. The use of rear and/or side emergency exits is for emergency use only.

Client has 24 hours from the date of rental booking to cancel if there is something that the client does not fully agree with.
